 Pop-up ‘Boustead and Bidois’ have joined the Shrub team.

After working at the  Opera Tavern, Pitt Cue and with a residency at Nana’s under their belt they’ve found their way to Brixton. The duo is a partnership between chefs Chris Boustead & Tomas Bidois who met working together in London last year. Expect modern British dishes using seasonal produce, teamed with some Shrub style cocktail pairings.
